OBJECTIVES

The Faculty of Languages and Communication, UPSI in collaboration with Department of Southeast Asian Studies, Goethe-University, Frankfurt, Germany and Sarawak Convention Bureau is pleased to announce the International Conference on the Teaching and Learning of Languages (ICTLL 2017). This conference aims to provide a platform for local and international academics, educators, policy planners, teaching professionals and students to meet, discuss and deliberate issues related to the development and sharing of best practices in teaching and learning of multiple languages in the 21st Century.

1. To present and discuss the latest innovations and trends in teaching and learning multiple languages.

2. To act as a platform for researchers, education practitioners and instructors to discuss the practical challenges that

were faced and solutions used in the teaching and learning of various languages in the 21st Century.

3. To provide opportunities for productive networking among academic experts and practitioners at local and

international levels.
